| 摘 要： | 绿色贸易壁垒措施正日益成为影响国际贸易发展的重要因素，在客观上形成了一种市场准入障碍，严重阻滞着我国经济的可持续发展．本文从绿色贸易壁垒的法律依据和对我国的影响出发，提出了目前我国实现贸易可持续发展的途径。
