中国古代土地所有制演进的逻辑及其当代启示

自秦末商鞅废除井田制到清末鸦片战争,近两千两百年的时间内中国土地所有制形式经历了土地国有制占主导地位,土地国有制与封建地主大土地私有制相对峙,最终封建地主大土地私有制占主导地位的发展历程。其间自耕农小土地私有制在艰难中发展,国家、封建地主、农民之间形成了相互制约的博弈关系。研究中国古代土地所有制发展的进程,对当前进一步推进土地制度改革,完善社会主义市场经济,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。
