政府补贴对家庭农场经营绩效的影响及其作用机理

培育家庭农场,需要关注政府补贴对家庭农场经营绩效的影响。利用全国1501个种植业家庭农场监测数据,使用处理效应模型(TEM)并结合WLS回归,分析政府补贴对家庭农场经营绩效的影响。研究结果表明,政府补贴能够显著提高家庭农场净收益和家庭农场人均净收益,但也会促使家庭农场主过度扩大土地面积并推动土地租金上涨,造成家庭农场亩均净收益下降。具体而言,获得政府补贴可以让家庭农场净收益、家庭农场人均净收益分别提高8.12%和9.59%,但是会让家庭农场亩均净收益减少468.87元,每亩土地租金增加291.07元。为了促进家庭农场健康发展,政府应扩大家庭农场补贴覆盖面,调整补贴思路,完善补贴政策。

Influence of Government Subsidies on Family Farm Performance and Its Mechanism

Attention should be paid to the impact of government subsidies on the operating performance of family farms when cultivates family farms. This study analyzes the impacts of government subsidies on farm performance based on the monitoring data of 1501 planting family farms in China. This paper examines such effects and deals with endogenous problems by using a treatment effect model (TEM) and WLS regression. The results show that government subsidies could significantly increase family farm net income and net income per capital of farms. Meanwhile, they urge farmers to over-expand the land scale and promote land rents, resulting in a decline in net income per mu. More specifically, obtaining government subsidies could increase family farm net income by 8.12% and net income per capita by 9.59%, but resulted in 468.87 yuan net income less per mu and 291.07 yuan land rent higher per mu respectively. To promote the healthy development of family farms, the government should expand the coverage of family farm subsidies, adjust the subsidy mode, and improve the subsidy policy.
