落实科学发展观推进我国现代物流业持续快速健康发展(上)

本文认为,我国现代物流业已经由起步阶段开始迈向理性、务实、快速发展的新阶段,社会物流需求持续增长,物流企业快速成长,物流管理和服务不断创新,物流基础设施、技术装备和物流技术条件日益改善,物流信息化步伐加快等。文章提出,党中央和国务院领导高度重视现代物流发展,有关部门和地方政府为推进现代物流业发展做了大量卓有成效的工作,一是统筹规划,增加投入,支持和鼓励现代物流业发展;二是结合实际,出台政策,积极推进物流领域对外开放;三是搭建平台,打好基础,大力支持物流信息化建设和物流人才的培养;四是部际合作,营造环境,加快建立现代物流市场体系等。

The author points out that China's modern logistics has entered a new stage of rational, pragmatic and quick development. Social logistic demand has achieved sustained growth; the logistics enterprise grows quickly; there are constant innovations in logistic management and service; logistics informationization has been quickened. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of modern logistics. Relevant departments and local authorities have made such great efforts to encourage the development of modern logistics as supporting and encouraging the development of modern logistics by overall planning and increasing investment, encouraging the opening up in logistics, supporting the construction of logistics informationization and personal training, quickening the construction of modern logistics market system.
