| 摘 要： | 从经济、社会、生态三个方面选取19个指标,用以衡量城市的土地利用水平.利用SPSSl3.0软件中的主成分分析功能,对选取的指标数据进行处理,找出与城市土地利用水平密切相关的主成分,分析我国城市土地利用水平的空间差异.分析结果表明:城市土地利用水平主要集中为:单位土地利用综合水平、城市建设总体规模、社会发展水平、可持续发展能力和人口因素等;城市土地总体利用水平为:中、东、西部依次降低,三大地带在各主成分上表现又有差异.

| Abstract: | Selecting nineteen indexes from three aspects and applying SPSS13.0 software, this paper analyzes spatial differences in urban land use level based on the principal components analysis and evaluates the urban land use level. The results indicate that the urban land use level is closely related to five factors, including synthetic level of land use, urban construction scale, social development level, capability of sustainable development, population and that the general land use level in central China is the highest ,which declines respectively in east China and in west China, and three regions behave differently when different factors are concerned. |
