Investigation on Medication Characteristics,Compliance and Irrational Medication in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To explore the medication characteristics,compliance and unreasonable medication of COPD patients in Huidong County People's Hospital.Methods A total of 600 patients admitted to Huidong County People's Hospital between January 2018 and December 2018 were selected as the subjects.The patient's drug types and symptomatic drug use were recorded,and the TAI questionnaire was used to determine patient medication compliance.Results Budesonide suspension and methylprednisolone injection accounted for a relatively high proportion of glucocorticoids,bromhexine injection and carboxamastine oral solutions accounted for a higher proportion of mucolytic agents,and compound ipratropium bromide dilated in the bronchus has the highest proportion of the drugs,montelukast sodium tablets in the antitussive and asthma drugs accounted for a higher proportion of mucolytic agents,piperacillin and tazobactam accounted for a higher proportion in the antibacterials;general medication compliance were compared based on patients with different education levels and different ages.And differences are statistically significant.Unconscious medication compliance among patients with different education levels and different ages were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in the rationality of medication among patients with different education levels and different age(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with COPD in Huidong County People's Hospital have reasonable medications.Patients with different education levels and ages have significant differences in overall medication compliance,unconscious medication compliance,and rationality of medication.
