| 摘 要： | 本文给出了一种低轨星座卫星通信系统业务模型,基于这种模型,考虑到卫星功率受限,提出了基于仰角、基于线性规划以及两者相结合等三种业务分布算法,通过数值分析比较,得出混合的分布算法具有最优性能。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a traffic model of LEO constellation communication system,traffic distribution algorithms based elevation angle and based linear programming and based both together are proposed by the traffic model.Numerical results prove that the mixed traffic distribution algorithm has optimal performance. |
