| 摘 要： | 城中村是一种特殊的城市化现象,且随着我国城镇化进程的推进,城中村问题变得越来越突出;长沙市必须在借鉴其他城市改造经验,针对自身的情况,首先在雨花区进行试点;分析了雨花区"城中村"改造过程中存在的问题以及产生问题的根源,提出了相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | The village in the city is a kind of special urbanization phenomenon,which becomes more and more graveness with urbanization.At present,the city of Changsha should learn from the other cities in solving the problem of village in the city,make its own resettlement and try firstly in the Yuhua zone.The paper starts with the problems that lie in City Village,analyses the causes,and brings forward some countermeasures to solve these problems. |
