剖析辽宁经济增长与环境污染水平的演变规律,对于揭示辽宁经济增长的真实性,体现经济发展所处的阶段,探讨环境污染变化的影响机理,进而提出相应的改善环境的对策具有重要的现实意义.本文选取二氧化硫、烟尘和粉尘为研究对象,建立多个环境经济计量模型进行实证研究的结果表明:辽宁省单位GDP三种废气排放量与人均GDP的关系都基本符合三次函数.

The paper builds environment-econometrics model to anatomy the evolvement law which has important sense on opening out the authenticity of economy increase,embodying the phase of economy development,deeply discussing the effect mechanism of environmental pollution change and putting forward the relevant policy. The demonstration results indicate that the relations between three wastes emission of unit GDP and per capita GDP all accord with Thrice Curve.
