撤村建居青年走出经济富有与文化贫困间困境的路径研究——基于杭州市江干区的调查

撤村建居是城市化发展的方式之一。在东部沿海地区的撤村建居过程中,很大一部分青年陷入了经济富有与文化贫困间形成的困境中。一方面因土地征用、房屋拆迁补偿迅速富裕起来,另一方面因长期的农村落后保守思想、较低教育水平等历史性因素影响,加之现实中优秀传统文化消失、新建社区文化项目缺乏、部分青年安于现状等因素,导致了其文化上的贫困。本文基于杭州市江干区的实证研究,提出帮助青年走出困境的路径在于政府引导,加大宣传教育,改变青年传统观念,建立文化学历提升工程,加强文化活动场所和项目建设等,以期使广大青年能够真正融入城市社会中。

Research on the Route for the Youth’s Going out of the Predicament between Economic Richness and Cultural Poverty after Dismantling Villages and Setting up Urban Communities——A Survey Based on Jianggan District of Hangzhou City

Dismantling Villages and Setting up Urban Communities is one way of urbanization development.In the process of Dismantling Villages and Setting up Urban Communities in eastern coastal areas,most youth concerned are in the predicament between economic richness and cultural poverty.On the one hand,they quickly become rich by land requisition and house dismantlement compensation;on the other hand,they are influenced by historical factors of rural conservative ideology and lower education level.In addition,there are some unfavorable factors,such as disappearance of excellent traditional culture,lack of cultural items in newly established communities,a part of youth’s being content with their status quo,etc.All these lead to the cultural poverty of the youth.This article,through empirical research based on Jianggan District of Hangzhou,put forward that the route,which can help the youth go out of their predicament,lies in the government guidance,enhancing propaganda and education,changing youth’s traditional ideas,establishing projects for culture and degree elevation,strengthening cultural activity places and project construction,etc.in order to let the youth be truly integrated in the urban society.
