| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，乡镇企业在国民经济中的地位不断提高，股份制商业银行已成为整个银行体系中重要且最具活力的一部～分。文章结合中国的实际，通过理论分析得出如下主要结论：乡镇企业与股份制商业银行两者之间存在着互动机制；乡镇企业通过给股份制商业银行带来利润和资本金，以及促使其优化服务这些机制来促进股份制商业银行的发展；股份制商业银行通过资金支持、财务支持和信息支持这三大机制带动乡镇企业的成长。

| Abstract: | Since 1978, the significance of CoTEs improves ceaseless in economy and Joint-stock Commercial Banks have become an important, energetic part in the entire bank system. After the theoretical analysis binding the practice of China, some conclusions are drawn. There is interaction mechanism between CTEs and Joint-stock Commercial Banks; CTEs promote the development of Joint-stock Commercial Banks by bringing profits and capitals and making service optimization; Joint-stock Commercial Banks drive the growth of CTEs through fund support, finance support and information support. |
