摘    要:文章先对职位评价在企业的实际管理工作中的意义进行分析,并就现存的一些职位方法进行比较,并发现存在的问题。在此基础上提出一种新的职位评价模式:运用层次分析法确定评价要素的权重,再采用多方位评分体系对各要素进行打分,最终得出职位的评价分值,文中以H公司D职位为例对此

Abstract:The paper carries on the analysis first to the job evaluation in enterprise's actual mangaging work significance,and carries on the comparison on the extant some position methods,and discovers existences the question.Proposes one kind of new position appraisal pattern in this foundation: uses the analytic hierarchy process to determinate appraisal essential factor weight,then uses the multi-positions grade system to carry on various essential factors to grade,finally obtains the position an appraisal value,in the article position carries on the utilization regarding this take H Corporation D as the example pattern.In this pattern certain degree has overcome the subjective factor influence and can increase the job evaluation the transparency and democracy,has the strong operation in enterprise's human resources management work.
