| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告提出要完善人民币汇率形成机制。目前,人民币汇率的升值预期已使我国现实经济运行出现了货币供给量增长过快、流动性过剩、通货膨胀率较高及中央银行货币政策效应不佳等诸多问题,而这些问题在很大程度上均与现行的人民币汇率形成机制相关。因此,加快人民币汇率形成机制改革已成必然。

| Abstract: | The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) is proposed to improve the RMB exchange rate mechanism.At present,economy in China is confronted with such problems as the excessive growth of money supply,excess liquidity,higher inflation rate and poor effect of the central bank's monetary policy,and so on.These problems are related,to a large extent,to the existing mechanism for setting the RMB exchange rate.Therefore,to accelerate reforming of the RMB exchange rate mechanism is needed. |
