基于SWOT的中小型农产品物流企业战略选择与发展对策

我国农产品物流企业多为中小型企业，选择发展战略至关重要。基于此，根据五力模型分析中小型农产品物流企业的外部竞争环境，采用SWOT分析矩阵将内外部因素加以匹配，形成四种交叉组合的矩阵战略，提出其发展的对策建议。结果表明，中小型农产品物流企业应在不同的时期选择不同的发展战略，利用自身优势，减少劣势，抓住机遇，迎接挑战，向大型农产品物流企业发展，实现农产品物流服务的创新价值。

Development and Strategies Based on the SWOT Strategic Choice for Small and Medium Agricultural Logistics Enterprises

Chinese current agricultural logistics enterprises are mostly small and medium sized agricultural enterprises,selecting development strategies.Based on this,according to the five forces model analysis of small and medium agricultural enterprises of the external competitive environment of logistics,the use of SWOT analysis matrix to match the internal and external factors,the formation of four kinds of cross-combination matrix strategies,proposed the development of countermeasures.The results show that small and medium sized logistics enterprises of agricultural products at different times should choose a different strategy,using their own strengths,reduce weaknesses,seize opportunities,meet challenges,to large-scale agricultural development of the logistics business,logistics service innovation to achieve the value of agricultural products.
