| 摘 要： | 以我国各地区城镇和农村养老保险制度为视角,从养老保险基金收支、养老保险基金管理、养老保险与经济社会三个方面,用31个指标构建了我国社会养老保险制度综合评价指标体系。采用因子分析和模糊综合评价方法,实证分析了2009年我国29个省份(青海、西藏除外)的养老保险制度综合绩效,对养老保险制度的进一步优化有一定的启示作用。

| Abstract: | The paper builds up a comprehensive evaluation index system of China’s social endowment insurance which includes 31 indicators and involves the endowment insurance fund revenue and expenditure,management of endowment insurance fund,endowment insurance and economic society based on our country urban and rural endowment insurance system for angle of view.Using factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it applies empirical analysis of 29 provinces and cities in China(excepting Qinghai,Tibet) of the endowment insurance system of comprehensive performance in 2009.It has certain enlightenment function for further optimization of the endowment insurance system. |
