| Abstract: | The article conducts the feasibility study of value engineering to the budget hotel,uses the principle of value engineering to carry on the quantitative analysis to it and proposes the service functions that need key improvement of the budget hotel to meet the function needs of customers furthest by the lowest cost in the standpoint of customers. |
