摘 要: | 随着经济的全球化,特别是我国加入WTO后,通过企业文化建设来增强企业的核心竞争力,已经引发了我国企业界越来越多人士的关注。目前大量案例证明,企业文化是企业的核心竞争力。然而企业的核心竞争力是一种难以模仿的能力。
