| 摘 要： | 私营经济作为一种存在着雇佣劳动关系的经济成份，为什么会在中国大地上承认它的合法存在，本文撇开了传统的从生产力决定生产关系这一原理出发，而是将私营经济放在社会主义市场经济的视野中，来寻找合理的答案。因为市场经济是一种明确财产所有者的产权经济，私营经济又是市场经济天然合格的主体。同时，私营经济与传统体制中的国有企业相比，是一种富有经济效率的产权制度。

| Abstract: | Abstract Private economy is a kind of economic element in which exploitation exists.Why do we allow its existance in China legally?The paper seeks for the reasonable answers from a new angle,that is,to put private economy into socialist market.Market economy is a property right economy in which ownership is clear.Comparing with state entperprises in the planned system,private economy is a kind of property right system full of economic efficiency. |
