| Abstract: | According to the classification and push forward the reform of institutions implending the directive opinion issued by the state council and the Measures for the administration of inspection and quarantine laboratory issued by general administration of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine of the people＇s republic of China,the author discussed the reform program of the technical institutions for the inspection and quarantine bureau.The feasibility and measures of 3 kinds of reform programs were illustrated. |
