江苏省农村城镇化进程中的村庄用地集约化研究

研究目的:以1990年以来江苏省农村城镇化过程中的村庄规模变动为基础,指出当前村庄用地发展中面临的主要问题,探讨其变化的动力机制与用地集约化的途径。研究方法:文献资料法,统计分析法。研究结论:江苏省农村城镇化过程中村庄总人口减少和用地面积增大并行,江苏省城镇用地与农村用地同步扩张;村庄规模的变动受内、外因的共同影响,城镇空间扩展和基础设施建设是主要的外因,内部建设用地变动是主要的内因。未来村庄用地集约化要进一步加强村庄规模的调控力度,使其协调发展,适应农村用地集约化发展的需要。

Intensive Use of Village Land in the Course of Rural Urbanization of Jiangsu Province

The purpose of the paper is to find problems in rural land use and to explore driving forces and ways of intensive use of rural land by studying the area change of villages in Jiangsu Province since 1990 in the course of urbanization.Methods of documentation and statistics were employed.The decrease of rural population went with the increase of land for rural construction.Both land for construction and rural residential land expanded in Jiangsu.Internal and external factors resulted in the area change of villages.The external factors involve urban expansion,the increase in infrastructure land and the influence of macro-policy.The interior change of land for construction is the major internal factor.The rural land use shall be facilitated to achieve a harmonized rural development and intensive use of land resources.
