我国律师职业的改革与发展研究

律师是社会正义的维护者，律师制度是国家和社会民主机制中不可或缺的一部分、一个法治的国家．不能没有律师，一个法治的社会，律师群体应当是一个受社会普遍尊重的群体、实现社会主义法治大业，维护社会正义，需要律师的积极参与和推动，需要越来越多的有志青年选择律师职业、但是，我国目前的律师职业并非人们心目中理想化的律师职业．从事该职业的人不得不面对诸如律师社会形象不断下滑、执业环境日益恶化、律师享有的执业权利十分有限．执业风险不断加大等问题.为了实践科学发展观，促进社会和谐，我们必须采取有效措施，帮助律师行业走出困境，走上健康发展之路。
