电动汽车动力电池节能检测系统的硬件设计

摘    要:介绍了一种电动汽车动力电池节能检测系统的硬件设计。系统采用有源功率因数校正的方法,提高了功率因数。在电池放电检测过程中,设计的逆变电路可以将直流逆变成三相交流电反馈到电网,实现电能的回馈,为电池检测机构节省大量电能。该方法能达到节能目的,为能量回馈型动力电池检测设备的研制提供新的思路。

Abstract:This paper proposes a design of an energy-saving testing system for power battery of electric vehicles.By using active power-factor correction,the power-factor is increased.During discharging,the designed inverting circuit can produce sine wave back to grid.This solution achieves energy recycling and save lots of electricity cost for battery testing center.
