MTO型企业标准化作业实施研究

MTO型企业由于是按顾客的订单为依据,按用户特定的要求进行生产,其生产的产品标准化程度低,生产效率低。因此,按常规的方法在MTO型企业实施标准化作业将达不到预期效果。结合标准资料法的基本思想,通过在企业建立由公共工序组成的"标准工序库",为MTO型企业实施标准化作业提供了一种有效的、可行的解决方案。并结合实际讲述了MTO型企业编制标准作业指导书的方法及执行步骤。

Research on the Implementation of Standard Operations in MTO-oriented Corporations

MTO-oriented corporations often suffer from the inefficiency of the production and a low level of standardization of their products directly caused by their own production characteristic which put the orders and requirements of the customers at the first place.Therefore,few can achieve the anticipated result when the standard operations have been implemented through the conventional approach.Combined with the basic idea of Standard Data Base,this paper provides with an effective and feasible approach which brings standard operations into effect by establishing ＂Standard Working Procedure Base＂ composed of public working procedures.In addition,it also specifies the approach on how to write the standard operations instructions and operation procedures.
