| 摘 要： | 美国金融危机始于2007年夏季，之后迅速蔓延到世界各主要经济体，对我国经济也产生了一定的影响。本文以金融危机的反思为切入点，分析构建我国金融安全体系，应该稳步推进国家金融安全体系改革，强化中央银行监管能力，增强对金融创新风险防范的能力，构建全方位监控体系，防范国际资本抽逃风险。

| Abstract: | Therefore, in order to conceive Chinese financial security system in a thoroughly opening financial market, advancing steadily the reform of national financial security system, strengthening the supervision ability of People＇s Bank of China, strengthening the ability of the warning risks of financial innovation and conceiving supervision system, guarding the risks of flowing international capital are absolutely necessary. |
