中国农村劳动力转移的推拉模型和实证分析

农村劳动力转移受众多因素的制约和影响,文章利用推拉理论分析了影响农村劳动力转移的因素,并以此构建分析框架,利用对数回归模型对分析框架进行定量分析。定量分析结果表明,提高农民收入、增加农村人力资本存量、消除制度因素的阻滞作用、加快二三产业的发展是农村剩余劳动力转移的主要着眼点。
