北京石景山区产业结构调整与优化研究

产业结构的调整与优化是是促进区域经济健康发展的重要保证。近年来,面对京津冀一体化战略的提出,我国将加快发展生产性服务业作为稳定经济增长,调整经济结构的重大举措。石景山区作为国家服务业综合改革试点区,加快产业结构的调整成为经济发展的关键。本文运用产业结构偏离度与赛尔指数(Theil)法分析石景山区产业结构的合理性与存在的问题,结合国家产业结构调整与发展的方向,给出了区域产业结构调整与优化的对策与建议。

Beijing Shijingshan district industry structure adjustment and optimization research

the adjustment and optimization of indus- trial structure is the important guarantee to promote healthy development of regional economy. In recent years, in the face of beijing-tianjin-hebei integra- tion strategy , China will accelerate the development of producer services as a steady economic growth, ad- justing the economic structure of the major initia- tives. The shijingshan district experimentsite area as a national service comprehensive reform, speed up the adjustment of industrial structure becomes the key to economic development. In this paper, the industrial structure and Purcell deviation index （Theil） analysis Shijingshan District industrial structure and problems of rationality, combined with the direction of the na- tional industrial restructuring and development, given the regional industrial structure adjustment and opti- mization of countermeasures and suggestions.
