| 摘 要： | 股份回购在我国尚不成熟的资本市场中应用并不广泛。结合我国当下的具体环境分析进行股份回购的必要性和可行性。股份回购可以优化公司资本结构、增加公司价值和盘活国有资产等,但是在相关法律层面亟须突破。

| Abstract: | The application of share repurchases is not wide in our immature capital market. Combined with specific environments,this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of share repurchases. Share repurchases could optimize the company＇s capital structure and increase corporation value and revitalize state-owned assets. On the other hand,share repurchases is in dire need of legal support. |
