| Abstract: | Taking the revitalization of national cultural industry as an opportunity, the vocational talents of cultural industries in higher vocational colleges should take employment as a direction, deeply explore the location of the talent needs, specifically define the requirements of personnel training, and establish a path of personnel training. Only highlighted the characteristics of employment-orientation, can cultural industries of higher vocational colleges develop high-quality skilled and innovative applications of cultural industry professionals, and will vocational talents of cultural industries play a greater role in the industry. |
