摘 要: | 教师专业发展是指教师在综合素质及专业能力方面不断追求成长与成熟的过程.大学英语教师专业发展与高校英语教学改革之间存在着密切的关系:一方面,教师专业发展是促进教学改革的需要,另一方面,教学改革为教师专业发展提供了渠道.必须采取多项措施,全面推动大学英语教师的专业发展与高校英语教学改革的稳步进行.

Abstract: | Teachers' professional development refers to the process that teachers constantly pursue growth and maturation on overall quality and professional capabilities. A close relationship exists between teachers' professional development and college English teaching reform. On the one hand, professional development of college English teacher is a necessity to cope with teaching reform. On the other hand, college English teaching reform provides a channel for teachers' professional development. A number of measures must be taken to comprehensively promote the steady progress of college English teachers' professional development and teaching reform. |
