| Abstract: | In the book Rebellion and Transcendence, the characters of modernism are viewed through the perspective of genesis,ontology, genealogy and cultural poetics by analysis of the achievement and limitations of commercial fictions in recent two decades.The author gets out of the traditional set pattern of aesthetic criticism, and has a multi-dimensional discussion of the commercial fictions, pushing forward the significant development of commercial fiction studies. |
