| Abstract: | With the rapid development of chain business corporation, the problems of human resources have become the constraints of management improvement and continuous growth of the enterprises. Based on the investigation of chain enterprises in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyses and discusses the development status of the chain management industry, reasons of talents shortage, measures to be taken in the future development of Jiangsu. |
