| 摘 要： | 阐述了合同价格管理在煤炭企业管理中的地位和作用,构建了包括合同价格签约前制度、合同价格审批制度、合同价格签约制度、合同价格履行制度和合同价格履行后制度等五种环环相扣的合同价格形成的管理制度,提出了八种煤炭企业合同价格形成的谈判技巧和科学方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the status and function of contract price are discussed m coat corporauon management, five management coterminous systems are set up include former signing, warrant, signing, performance, after performance etc about price formation, eight negotiation skills and scientific ways are put forward about the contract price formation in coal corporations. |
