国际金融危机是国际金融资本主导的世界经济体系危机

国际金融危机是资本形态发展到国际金融资本时代,以虚拟资本为存在方式下的经济危机的表现形式。在20世纪70年代以后的国际金融资本扩张过程中,通过两个基本制度的设计构建了世界经济秩序的基础:一是在货币领域,以美元符号化为基础的国际信用货币体系的建立,解脱了实物对资本的束缚,货币纯粹脱离开贵金属,虚拟资本在世界经济中的比重迅速提高,造成了全世界的虚拟经济对以美国为主导的国际金融资本的依赖;二是在生产领域,以美国为主导的国际金融资本在全球内安排产业结构,将发展中国家纳入到资本主义的统治体系中,造成了全世界在实体经济方面对以美国为主导的实体经济的依赖。金融自由化成为实体经济和虚拟经济之间流动的纽带,使得全世界的经济循环流成为以美国为首的国际金融资本为主导的循环圈。国际金融危机不过是这一体系出现问题的必然结果。

International financial crisis is the economic crisis expressed in the form of fictitious capital when the capitals have been transformed into international financial capital.During the expansion of international financial capital since 1970s,the two fundamental systems have formed the foundation of the world economic order.One is in the monetary field,the international credit monetary system that is based on the symbolization of US dollar has liberated the restriction of material objects on capital.Freed from precious metals,money has help the fictitious capital to increase its proportion in the world economy,resulting in the dependence of the global fictitious economy on the the international financial capital dominated by United States.The other is in the production field.The international financial capital dominated by United States arrange the industrial structure around the world and integrate the developing countries into the capitalist system,resulting in the dependence of the global real economy on the real economy led by United States.Financial freedom has become the link between real and fictitious economy.The economic cycle around the world has become the cycle dominated by the financial capital led by United States.Therefore,the international financial crisis is nothing but the malfunction of this system.
