| 摘 要： | 在分析新建地方本科院校应用型人才培养目标特点为“知识应用型”的基础上，提出了影响教学质量因素的“微笑曲线模型”，构建了“1＋3”的教育教学质量监控、保障、创新及运行闭环系统，该系统具有目的性、可控制性强的特点。文章对促进新建地方院校本科应用型人才培养质量的快速提高、满足社会对人才的需求有参考和应用的价值。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the Smiling Curve Model which affects the teaching quality factors on the basis of the analysis of defining the characteristics of application - oriented talent cultivation as the knowledge applieation - oriented. The ＂ 1 ＋ 3＂ closed loop system is constructed for monitoring, guarantee, innovation and management of the teaching quality, which has strong purpose and controllability. The paper has referenee and application value for the promotion and rapid improvement of application - oriented undergraduate talent teaching quality of newly - built local colleges and for meeting the society＇s increasing demands for talents. |
