| 摘 要： | 随着科技进步与产业升级，相对于传统的产品研发模式，硅谷产品研发模式呈现了一些全新的制度安排，尤其是传统的企业内研发部门被硅谷企业间研发的市场组织所替代，使硅谷的产品研发模式不仅涉及到独特的治理结构，而且具有了跨域（金融域，企业组织域）捆绑的制度特征。 |

| Abstract: | With the advance of technology and upgrade of industry, the product R&D mode in Silicon Valley has showed some new feature on the aspects of institutional design and innovation compared with the tradition's. Especially the interior R&D department was substituted by the R&D market organization between various enterprises in Silicon Valley, which make the R&D mode in Silicon Valley not only involves with the distinct governance structure, but also boasts some institutional-bind characteristics spanning the field of finance and firm. |
