| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校学生的特殊性和高职教育的客观要求,做好班级管理工作对高技能人才的培养具有重要意义。本文从高职院校班级管理模式分析出发,尝试将企业人力资源管理方法引入班级管理中,积极探索高职院校班级管理的新方法,希望能对今后高职院校开展班级管理工作提供一些新的思路。

| Abstract: | According to the particularity of students in vocational colleges and the objective requirements of vocational education, good class management is of great significance to train highly skilled personnel. Stated from class management mode analysis in the vocational colleges, we attempt to introduce human resource management into class management and actively explore new ways for class management of vocational colleges, and hope to provide some new ideas for the future class management of vocational colleges. |
