| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了2008年GB 50500—2008《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》《广西壮族自治区实施细则》施行后,施工企业的建筑工程量清单在投标报价中容易出现或忽略的问题,并提出了科学、合理地编制一个具有竞争力及利润最大化投标报价的方法和对策。

| Abstract: | The article elaborates the construction enterprises＇ problems of Bill of Quantities（BOQ） in tender offer,which are neglected or occur easily,after the execution of GB 50500-2008＂Construction Bill of Quantities Valuation Specification＂and＂Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regions Rules for the Implementation＂.It also sets forth methods and countermeasures that can scientifically and reasonably make a tender offer with the competitive edges and maximum profits. |
