| Abstract: | The existing weakness in our capital market is related to the changing economic period now. The important reasons of it are the lagged construction of law and the lackness of supervision for public companies. To improve the capital market developing healthily, we should strengthen law construction, develop medium institutes and standardize the enterprises' behaviour. |
