| 摘 要： | 通过运用比较均值和中位数检验的方法实证检验了国有控股上市公司内部不同类型的第一大股东对公司业绩的影响。研究表明:第一大股东性质为国有法人股控股的上市公司业绩要显著高于由国家直接控股的上市公司业绩。

| Abstract: | Through comparing mean and medium test,this article empirically tested the impact of first majority shareholder type inside state-owned listed companies on their performance.The research found that the listed companies whose first majority shareholder is state-owned corporate show a significant higher performance than listed companies who are directly state-owned. |
