摘    要:本文从科学发展观和科学人才观的基本内涵出发,结合目前高校人力资源管理中人力资源观念淡薄、人力资源配置缺乏合理性、激励措施不完善等现状,从牢固树立现代人力资源理念、优化配置、统筹兼顾人力资源以及不断完善人才激励机制等方面提出了加强高校人力资源管理的对策及建议.
