收入分配对不发达地区农户消费需求影响的实证分析

基于陕西省1990-2003数据实证研究表明,在不发达地区尤其是西部地区农村,农村收入差距与农户总消费是显著负相关的,收入差距扩大将降低总消费水平。在不损害农村经济效率的前提下,要缩小收入分配差距,增加农村低收入阶层收入,扩大中等收入阶层,改进和完善农村基础设施,改善农民生存环境,增加面向不发达地区农村的教育投入。

The Empirical Analysis of the Influence of Peasant Income Distribution on Consumption Demand in the Underdeveloped Rural Area: Based on Data from 1990 to 2003 in Shanxi Province

Based the data from 1990 to 2003 in Shanxi Province,the paper finds that peasant income-gap is remark- ably negatively correlated to peasant consumption demand in the underdeveloped rural area,and to broaden rural income -gap would reduce peasant consumption.The paper puts forward the following suggestions:shortening rural income- gap,increasing peasant income of low-income group,enlarging middle-income group,constructing rural infrastruc- ture and improving peasant survival environment,increasing education investment to underdeveloped rural area,etc.
