谈粮食物流的科学化运作和规范化管理

科学、合理地组织粮食物流对降低粮食流通成本，提高粮食流通效率具有十分关键的作用。本文从分析粮食物流特点入手，阐述了目前我国粮食物流现状和存在的主要问题，在此基础上，依据加入WTO和市场经济发展的要求并结合我国粮食生产、流通的客观实际提出了实现粮食物流科学化运作和管理的具体构想。意在对符合我国粮食流通规律和产销特点的粮食物流新格局的形成起到促进作用。

On Scientific Operation and Normalizable Management of Grain Logistics

Operating grain logistics scientifically and reasonably carries a critical function in reducing the circulation costs and increasing the efficiency of grain circulation. This article discusses the recent grain logistics and the main problems at pres- ent in our country basing on analyzing the feature of the grain logistics. After that, according to the request of WTO entrance and market economy, as well as combining the objective condition of grain production and circulation in our country, it propo- ses the specific speculation of realizing the modernization of the scientific operation and management of the grain logistics. This article aims towards promoting the formation of grain logistics, which conforms to the grain circulative rule and the product-sale trait.
