Through comparing ＂Premises Registration Methods＂ and ＂ Urban Housing Ownership Registration Management Approach＂, the difference and connection between them have been clarified. Making this as a starting point, the paper makes in-depth analysis of the internal laws of modern housing registration system to facilitate better the performing of housing registration duties.
