Abstract:
Discussions are carried out about the construction and implementation of the fine management with the model of "Wu Jing and Si Xi" in the Huayo Steel Company of Bohai Petroleum Equipment Corporation.Then the basic connotation of "Wu Jing and Si Xi" is explained in detail."Wu Jing" refers to its refineness,its essence,its superbness,its proficiency and precision,while "Si Xi" refers to its subdivision,its meticulousness,its elaboration and detailed rules.Through the enforcement of fine management,the level of enterprise management has been improved completely.
