摘    要:爆发力是田径运动项目中的重要组成要素,发展爆发力的手段及其机制的研究越来越被教练员和科研人员所关注.本人通过十多年的田径业余训练,培养了一批国家一级运动员。本人在田径业余训练中,除抓好技术,培养能力等方面下功夫外,还潜心对业余训练运动员田径爆发力进行了探讨研究.结果发现:小负荷力f练习与徒手练习不能很好地发展爆发力;中负荷练习能产生较强爆发力:大负荷练习后立刻进行几次轻负荷练习,再加上徒手练习,所产生的爆发力效果远远比中小负荷或单一的徒手练习大得多.因为,爆发力不仅可以克服阻力,使物体产生位移,而且能便物体产生巨大的位移速度。因此,在选择和设计爆发力及其训练组合的手段上,比其它力盘的练习有着更加重要的意义。

Abstract:Explosive force is the important factor in the track and field sports, the means of developing explosive force and the study of its mechanism are more and more concerned by coaches and scientific research personnel. The author concentrated on the discussion and investigation of amateur trained athlete' s explosive force of track and field besides paid effort to grasp technology, cultivate ability, etc. in track and field training. The results showed that: Small load strength training and unarmed practice cannot be well to develop explosive force, the load exercise can produce stronger explosive force, immediately practice several light load after heavy load exercise, and couple with unaimed practice, the explosive force effect which is produced is much greater by far more than medium-sized and small load or the single unarmed practice. Because the explosive force ean not only overcome the resistance, make objects produce displacement, but also can make objects produce huge displacement speed. Therefore, it has more important significance than other practice of force dish in the selection and design of explosive force and its means of training portfolio.
