民营企业家族经营的演化趋势:现代家族企业制度

企业组织是特定的文化、社会环境与企业规模的产物。当前,引入现代企业制度对于绝大多数民营企业并不是最佳选择,而坚持传统狭隘的以血缘为基础的家族经营也难以实现可持续发展。升华“家”的观念,以整个企业作为一个大家庭,实行现代家族企业制度是我国民营企业传统家族经营演化的必然趋势。

The Evolution Trend of Family Management in Private Enterprises:Modern Family-owned Enterprise System

Family-managed enterprise is the main kind of Chinese private enterprise,which is the integrated outcome of the enterprises scale, traditional culture and specific social environment. This paper holds that the introduction of developed countries' management without any innovation is far from the best choice to most of our private enterprises,and it is also very stupid for them to strictly follow traditional way of family-managed without taking the present political,economic and environmental situation into consideration. For a-reasonable-scale private enterprises,it should make full use of traditional Confucian culture and the advanced management system of developed countries to establish a modern family-owned enterprise system.
