| 摘 要： | 全球产业结构呈现出向服务型经济转型的总趋势,现代服务业兴起。产业的相对集聚使现代服务业在发达国家和发展中国家的发达城市兴起,企业业务外包和现代制造服务使现代服务业得以快速发展,市场经济体系的完善和现代技术的高度发展也促进了现代服务业的发展。现代服务业兴起,给中部地区带来了新的机遇和挑战,中部地区应规划现代服务业发展战略,利用科教优势成为现代服务业人才培养基地,促进中国制造向中国创造发展,大力发展创意产业。
