电信运营商员工的工作压力源及管理对策——以河南企业为例

摘    要:适度的压力能激发员工活力,但压力过大不仅影响员工身心健康,还影响企业绩效。调查结果表明影响电信运营商员工工作压力的因素依次为:工作任务本身压力、组织运行压力、同行竞争压力、职业发展压力、角色压力,为防止工作压力的负面影响,组织必须采取相应的措施帮助员工缓解压力。

Abstract:Moderate pressure can arouse the employee vigour,but overstress can not only affect the physical and mental health,but also influence organizational performance.Research result indicates the factors affecting employee of telecom operators as follows:work itself pressure,organtional operation pressure,inter-group competition pressure,career development and role stress.Therefore,organizations must take corresponding measures to help staff relieve stress and avoid the negative effects of work stress.
