在华外资银行组织模式选择

本文通过二元logit离散选择模型,以面临分行和子行选择的80家外资银行为样本,检验影响在华外资银行组织模式选择的因素。研究发现,影响外资银行改制的主要因素是该外资银行的国际化经营经验、在中国从事经营活动的时间、母国在华直接投资以及母国与中国的文化地理距离,而母行的规模及其组织模式偏好的影响不显著。本文据此对中国银行业监管者和中资银行提出了相关启示。

The Choice of Organizing Mode of Foreign Banks in China

Using a sample of 80 foreign banks and a binary logit model, the paper examines the factors that influence the decision of organizing mode of foreign banks in China.
