| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的时代,电子商务得到了飞速发展,而发展相对滞后的物流却成为制约电子商务的瓶颈。为了解决物流配送能力不足、物流服务质量较差等问题,京东商城率先迈出了自建物流系统的步伐,文章以京东商城为例,分析电子商务与物流的整合模式,研究整合中存在的问题并找出相应对策。

| Abstract: | In the era of economic globalization,E-commerce has been developed rapidly,but the lagging logistics has become the bottleneck of E-commerce.In order to solve the insufficient of logistics distribution capacity and the poor quality of service,Jingdong 360buy take the lead in the pace of self-built logistics system,the Jingdong 360buy as an example in this article,to analysis of E-commerce and logistics integration mode and research integration of the existing problems and corresponding countermeasures. |
